During this ongoing, challenging, and ever-changing Covid-19 environment, the goal of ACDA-MN remains to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our performers, presenters, registrants, and concert patrons attending the annual State Conference.

  • MASKS: To be compliant with the resident Covid-19 protocols at our host site, conference registrants and attendees are advised that masks are required at all conference-related events.
  • VACCINATIONS: ACDA-MN recommends that conference attendees be vaccinated.
  • LEGACY CONCERTS: Masks and vaccinations will be required of all featured performers, and members of the general public who purchase tickets for the Legacy Concerts. Conference registrants will be required to wear masks and vaccinations will be recommended to attend these concert events.

In conclusion, through transparency in our decision-making process and developing expectations for conference attendance and performance, we hope that members will know what to anticipate when attending the State Conference this coming November. We encourage our membership to monitor any posted updates to these protocols over the next several weeks. More than ever, it is our desire to provide a safe space to convene and re-charge together. These guidelines provide the safest way for us to gather to share our joy of music-making with each other.
